BIG THANKS

The inaugural H.S.F.C. tournament was held on July 5th/6th 2008. As Chairman I would like to thank all those who planned, arranged, volunteered and generally worked their socks off before and on the two days to make this a fantastic 'first go'. I hope that this can become an annual event and look forward to all the feedback. Happily I have not heard any bad reports and was extremely pleased to receive on all your behalves how much people enjoyed themselves and commented on the good atmosphere. In fact the only remark made to our suggestions box was that more bins were required. That can be easily sorted.  I think that everyone including all the helpers, organisers, caterers, amusements folks and the children should have a huge pat on the back for a job well done. I would like to thank all the visiting teams for their support and may this continue next time. Lastly thanks to all those who stuck it out the through the horrible weather. (next time make sure not the same weekend as Wimbledon!!!!!)
