Once you submit this form a manager for that age group will contact you to confirm if we have a space in a squad.  Places must be limited or the quality of coaching will be affected.  If your application is successful you will be required to provide further personal details and you will have to pay a membership fee.  The fee for the 2007-200 season is £25 plus £2.50 a week for training (reduced for U6).  Players will also receive a training t-shirts & socks.  There is no charge for matches, playing kit and equipment are provided.  All players MUST have their own football boots & shin pads or we can not allow them to play or train.
