 TOURNAMENT 2010     
Dear All, I apologise for the lateness of this letter of thanks to all of you who helped massively with the    
 organisation and running of H.S.F.C tournament 2010. As you know we held a successful tournament   
on 10th/11th July this year which went extremely well with an atmosphere that seemed to be enjoyed by all   
those attending. I would like to thank in particular Michelle Watkins for organising the teams and running of   
the day, Karl Reeves and Gavin Pitt for the line marking, Vince Powell for printing all the programmes and generally   
to everyone who helped over the two days. As I am sure you are aware this event takes a lot of planning and   
running around so for the extra input by our managers, coaches, parents and committee members we thank you.   
I really hope I have not missed anyone out, but all the help we had is appreciated.
Also well done to all the children who took part from both our own club and all those visiting clubs.

TOURNAMENT 2009
H.S.F.C held our second annual tournament on 4th/5th July at Littlehampton Community School.
 This was well attended by visiting teams and there was a great atmosphere throughout the two days.
 I would like to say a massive thank you to those concerned in the organisation on the lead up to the tournament
 and over the weekend. As I am sure many of you are aware, there is a considerable amount of planning for such
 an event and without these volunteers, things just would not happen. So to all of you who helped out, the club once
 again greatly appreciates the effort and time given in support of our children and all of the visitors who attended.
 Roll on next year where hopefully we can invite more teams and have even more fun.

 TOURNAMENT 2008
 

The inaugural H.S.F.C. tournament was held on July 5th/6th 2008.  

As Chairman I would like to thank all those who planned, arranged, volunteered and generally worked their
socks off before and on the two days to make this a fantastic 'first go'. I hope that this can become an annual
event and look forward to all the feedback. Happily I have not heard any bad reports and was extremely pleased
to receive on all your behalves how much people enjoyed themselves and commented on the good atmosphere.
In fact the only remark made to our suggestions box was that more bins were required. That can be easily sorted. 
I think that everyone including all the helpers, organisers, caterers, amusements folks and the children should have
a huge pat on the back for a job well done. I would like to thank all the visiting teams for their support and may this 
continue next time. Lastly thanks to all those who stuck it out the through the horrible weather.
(next time make sure not the same weekend as Wimbledon!!!!!)
